Mozilla Sunbird 0.5 发布

Mozilla Sunbird 是对 Mozilla Calendar 的二次开发。它是基于 Mozilla 的 XUL 用户界面的跨平台日历软件。软件项目名称为 Sunbird。适合使用 Mozilla Firefox 以及 Mozilla Thunderbird 的用户。

人体内脏机能的好坏会在脸上反映出来。忙忙碌碌的你不妨经常观察一下自己的脸，也许会发现身体健康状况的秘密。

　　额头皱纹突然增加

　　出现这种情况表明自己的肝脏负担过重，要少吃动物脂肪，如猪肉之类，而应多吃一些清淡的食物，如猪肝、菠菜、豆腐和鱼类等。

　　眼圈发黑，脸色晦暗。

　　早上起来，如果发现自己面呈此状，表明肾脏负担太重了。要减少用盐量和用糖量，能不加糖的菜尽量不要加糖，用鸭肉煮栗子、烧大白菜等进行食疗，还可用红白萝卜煮肉汤喝。此外，用猪腰子煮汤吃也很有效果。

　　鼻子发红

　　鼻尖代表了心脏的情况。鼻尖呈红色或紫色可能是血压偏高，或盐和酒精摄取过多。

　　上嘴唇肿胀

　　这很可能是由胃痉挛引起的。多吃些土豆、红薯、板栗、山芋、莲藕等暖胃的食物。如果皮肤过于粗糙，你试试用笋、海参、瘦肉炖汤吃吃看。

　　皮肤过于白皙

　　这有可能是气血欠亏所致。可以将红枣、花生米用温水浸泡后，用小火煮熟，再加些蜂蜜熬至黏稠。常吃这样的食物，脸色会红润起来。

　　面颊呈褐红色

　　面颊发红是高血压的征象。要注意减少吸烟量或戒烟，经常量血压。

　　耳朵发红

　　耳朵代表了肾的状况。耳廓呈红色或紫色说明循环不好。要少饮酒，少吃精细食物，少吃糖，多做运动以促进循环功能。
