正式的运营已经有一周了,十分有感触!

现在有很多工具都能大大简化微博运营的执行难度,可以定时,可以找内容,可以做分析….我一直在用孔明社交管理,感觉功能比较全,并且比较好用。

定时是一个非常好的功能,可以很好的把我发微博的节奏,但是互动这块还得靠手动来做。

问题来了:当你有了一种工具,可以提供内容,可以定时帮你发布,可以做很多其他的事情。并且绝大部分的微博都是这么干的,那么差异化怎么体现?

关于互相抄内容

所有做社交媒体的人都说一定要原创,原创才是好的,以前我也这么想,那些微博抄来抄去有意思吗?但是当我开始做了才知道不得不抄,因为哪有那么多时间去做原创的内容,哪有那么多思维的火花,你每天要保持一定的更新频率和节奏,不抄还真不行。

抄过来高质量的内容,总比你全都是原创,但是平淡无味来的要好。所以我的观点是:抄是必须的,原创也是必须的,找到平衡即可

关于差异化

关于健康饮食,品质生活的微博多入牛毛(其实关于任何话题的微博都多如牛毛),为什么关注你?

如果我一直使用类似皮皮,孔明的内容来源,我没有任何差异化可言,那些有先发优势的微博,并且积累了很多数据的微博完全秒杀我。

那么我的优势是什么?是“妈妈厨房”的线下业务,这个业务是其他任何微博都没有的,我的粉丝关注我,肯定也不只是为了看点健康小贴士和一些伟大而毫无作用的经典语录。而是想知道“妈妈厨房”这个没有听说过的名词,能折腾出什么东西,能带来什么不一样的东西。

所以,我的观点是:业务是差异化的来源,脱离业务,官微的价值会大打折扣

关于协作

基于上面所说的,业务是差异化的来源,微博运营人员应该都不会参与到业务中去。所以团队协作是必须的。由于我是兼职做微博运营,所以在协作上比较困难。我深深的感受到,没有业务信息的时候,原创是一个很难的事情,差异化更是难上加难。

协作应该比发微博更重要,我觉得微博运营人员不应该一天到晚刷微博,而是应该在业务线上获取素材,内容,故事,多跟业务人员沟通。当亲自接触业务后,灵感是水到渠成的事情。(就好像给游戏做活动一样,天天写活动一定写不出什么好活动)
